To help you faster, tell us:
- Which phone you use (Android or iPhone) and its system version.
- The version of the app you have installed.
- What you were doing when it failed and what happened.
Installing the app on Android
- Download the file from the download page; if your browser warns you, choose “Download anyway”.
- Open it and allow installing apps from your browser when Android asks.
- If Play Protect appears, tap “Install anyway”. This is normal for apps that don’t come from Google Play.
Installing the app on iPhone
The iPhone version is installed with TestFlight, Apple’s official app for trying apps. The steps and the QR code are on the download page.
- Install TestFlight from the App Store.
- Open the link from the download page on your iPhone and tap “Accept” in TestFlight.
- Tap “Install”. Runaquest will appear on your home screen.
- Each test version expires after 90 days: update from TestFlight when it lets you know.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself from Settings inside the app. Your account and the associated data are deleted. If you can’t get into the app, write to us from the email address you signed up with and we will delete it.
