2. Purpose
The Site is informational. Its purpose is to present the Runaquest project, a mobile organization app with a cozy RPG aesthetic that is currently in development, to offer the download of the app and to collect the email address of people who wish to receive a notice when the first demo is available.
App download. Through the Site you can download the Runaquest app free of charge and without registering. It is offered in a testing phase and “as is”, so it may contain errors or change before its final version. The Android version is distributed as a direct installation file (APK), outside Google Play: you must allow app installation from your browser, and you can check that the file is the original using the SHA-256 fingerprint published on the download page. The iPhone version is distributed through Apple’s TestFlight and is subject to its terms. You download and install the app at your own risk, and its use is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Site does not allow purchases or payments. Accessing the Site does not require registration or a prior subscription.
3. Conditions of access and use
Access to the Site is free of charge and does not require prior registration, except for those who choose to leave their email address in the notification form or to write a mission on the community wall. Using the Site grants the status of user and implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice.
Users undertake to make proper and lawful use of the Site and of the content published on it, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. In particular, in the “wall of pacts” form, users undertake not to publish content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of third parties. All submitted missions are reviewed before being published.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site —texts, images, illustrations, logos, graphic design, source code and any other element— is the property of Blanca Castillo Roig or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of this content is prohibited without the express authorization of the owner, except in the cases allowed by law.
5. Exclusion of warranties and liability
The owner does not guarantee the availability, continuity or error-free operation of the Site, and therefore is not liable for any damages arising from a lack of availability or continuity, or for possible errors in the content. Nor is the owner liable for damages arising from the download, installation or use of the app, to the extent that the law allows that liability to be excluded; this does not affect the rights that the law grants to consumers.
The Site presents information about a project in development. The dates, features and characteristics described —including the “The future vision of Runaquest” section— are indicative and may change before the final release of the app.
6. Third-party links
The Site includes links to third-party services (such as Instagram or Discord). The owner is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these external sites, which are governed by their own terms.
7. Changes
The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the Site, as well as the conditions set out in this Legal Notice.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
